When will I receive my order?
Please give us up to 7 days to ship out within Metro Manila and 10 days to ship out outside Metro Manila. If you do not get your order 10 days after placing your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We plan to ship out orders every Tuesday and Friday. This web store is a small, one-person operation. Thank you so much for your support, patience, and kindness as I figure out how to navigate this endeavor!
How do I track my order?
Once your parcel is ready for delivery, we will send you an email including a tracking number. You will be able to track your parcel through the ff website: https://app.gogoxpress.com/track/.
Can I book my own courier?
Yes. If you’ve chosen pick up as your delivery method, please wait for an email to confirm that your order is ready for pick up. Our pickup point is in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Do you offer international shipping?
As of now, we only ship within the Philippines, but if you’d like to figure out a way to ship, send us an email at email@example.com
What payment methods do you accept?
